AGRESTA, Michael It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Michael (Mike) Agresta on October 7, 2018 at the age of 56. Mike was surrounded by family in his final hours. He will live on through his beloved mother Radegonda and predeceased by the late Giuseppe Agresta, by his sisters Nina (Joe) Buonomo, Sylvia (Frank) Carpino, Anna (Tommy) Spence, and only daughter Christina (Kyle). Loved and remembered by his nephews and nieces, Alfonso (Robyn), Carlo (Adrienne), John (Kim), Saverio (Christina), Adam (Nadia), Andrew, Rita, Carrie-ann (Cory), Shauna (Ryan), and Thomas. Mike will be greatly missed by extended family and many dear friends that he has met over the years. We would like to thank all the staff at Juravinski Hospital (ICU) for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton St. E. (near James) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil prayers at 3:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at All Souls Church on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady Of The Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek mountain. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation (Juravinski ICU) as per the family's request.
