Mike Denneny

Passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at age 76. Forever missing her husband and love of her life is Anne, his wife of 53 years, as well as his loving children Trish (Tony), Jamie (Holly) and his beautiful granddaughters Claire and Aniesa. Predeceased by his parents Rita and Jim and his sister Kim. Survived by his brother John (Helen), sisters Patsy, Jill (Eli) and Kelly (Paul) and brother-in-law Jeff, sister-in-law Mary and mother-in-law Katie Popadiuk. Mike was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and loyal friend who always put others first. He was the strongest, bravest man who lived for his family. Nothing made him happier than watching them enjoying the oasis he created in his back yard. He also looked forward to going up to the lake, sitting on his deck and having a cold one with neighbours and friends. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Parish, 20 Idlewood Avenue, on Tuesday, August 23 at 10 a.m. Private interment at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Slainte!
