SIMONCIC, Mike It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden death of Mike Simoncic at the young age of 48. Beloved husband of Sandy, dearest Ati to Aidan and Braedan. Son of the late Ethel and Ivan Simoncic and brother of Stefan and Kelly Simoncic (Anthony, Meghan and Caroline). Mike will be missed by our ""Gigantic"" hockey family, friends and family in Slovenia, England and Ireland. May you rest easy my love. Until we meet again. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 18th at St. Gregory the Great Parish, 125 Centennial Parkway, Hamilton at 9 -10:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. Mass with procession to Our Lady of Angels Cemetery on Mud Street. Reception lunch to follow at St. Gregory Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to GoFundme for Aidan and Braedan. https://www.gofundme.com/michael-simoncic-memorial-fund
