Myron MICHAELS Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Myron at the age of 70. Beloved husband and best friend of Elizabeth (nee Postill). They had just celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary October 6. He is survived by his mother Stephanie and brother Michael Myklasewycz. Myron was a kind, gentle, considerate, protective and principled man, with a good sense of humour. He was held in the highest esteem for his work ethic and expertise by his colleagues in business. Bro. Myron Michaels was a respected Master Mason of Barton Lodge No. 6 and a 32nd Degree Mason of the Scottish Rite.
He loved riding his bike, a roaring fireplace and a good whiskey. He enjoyed many afternoons at HAHA with his buddies. He was an exceptional handyman and he never considered anything beyond repair, things or people. He also leaves behind brother-in-law Brian Postill (Jennifer) nephew Matthew Postill, niece Laura Campbell (David) and their children Carter, Violet and Steven. He will be missed by loving cousins and family in Essex County. He also will be missed by treasured friends and fellow Masons. Many thanks to first responders and their expertise and kindness
Cremation has taken place. Visitation to celebrate his Life and to share memories will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 3-5 p.m. In accordance with provincial regulations, there is a limit to the number of visitors who may attend at one time. Please RSVP in advance at www.smithsfh.com. In lieu of flowers, donations in Myron's memory to The Salvation Army would be sincerely appreciated.

Dear Liz, So sorry to hear of Myrons sudden passing. I remember him being a perfect gentleman and playing the role of the ultimate Maitre d' at the party you hosted for the staff.
