Olga Budz

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother Olga Budz (nee Koziak) at the age of 94 at Ridgeview Long Term Care on November 23, 2022. Predeceased by her husband Michael Budz (1980). Loving mother/mother-in-law to Steve (Lina), Mary Saikaly (Victor - predeceased), Jean (Lise). Sadly, missed by her grandchildren and the Santosuosso family.

Our mother was born in Rakowa, Ukraine and was faced with many difficult challenges in her life since birth. Although we are saddened by her passing, we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and is joyfully reunited with her husband, parents, siblings, relatives, and friends that have predeceased her.

Thanks to the staff and volunteers at Ridgeview Long Term Care who looked after our mom for the past six years with special thanks to the staff in Nash Jackson House especially nurses Anna, Glenda, Rodelyn, Aby; PSW Rada, and Dr Chan for their care and compassion in mom's final weeks.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Bayview Gardens, Burlington where a private service will take place.
