Patrick DUGGAN Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Patrick Duggan on June 18, 2022, at the age of 74. Pat was born in St. John's, Newfoundland and moved to Hamilton with his family at 12 years. At 21 he met Charlene (Charlie), his one and only love, who became his wife of 49 years. Together they raised two wonderful children, Elayne (Darren) and Sean, along with their much-loved grandsons Braeden and Merrick. He has one surviving brother, Gene (Linda). Predeceased by his sister Mary. Pat was with the CN Police for 31 years where he retired as an Inspector. Pat loved history, politics, the Blue Jays, and travel. He and Charlie enjoyed many cruises together, and travelled throughout Europe, and visited 48 of 50 States. Much gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the St. Joseph's Healthcare ICU team for their compassion and support. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations in Pat's memory to Good Shepherd would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, Danny Boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling... Love Always.

Charlene and family my sincerest sympathies.
I missed Pat during the 2020 presidential elections and his dissertations on Trump.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dad and husband.
I have not seen Mr. Duggan in many years, but I can close my eyes and vividly remember him, from all the hours I spent at the Duggan household, as a child. May he be free of pain and resting easy now. Elayne, Sean and Mrs. Duggan, please accept my deepest condolences.
