GUAY, Patrick Dennis Unexpectedly at Joseph Brant Hospital on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Kim Guay (nee Patrick). Loving father. Cherished grandfather of Kayla, Chelsea, Connor, Austin, Leah, Abbey, Claire, Adam, and great-grandfather of Mason. Patrick was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2265 Headon Road, Burlington on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
