Family will receive friends at Patrick Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St. (Downtown), on Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 12-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Monday, April 18, 2022 from 12-1 p.m with a funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, 2250 RR 20, Fonthill. Donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada, Canadian Cancer, or a charity of your own choice. Celebrations of Life will be held at later dates.

RIP my dear friend. My life was better for having known you. Even though we had not seen each other for a long time you were always in my thoughts and memories of the time we spent together "back in the day" always bring a smile to my face. To Nora, Kathy, Debbie and Shawn and to all the extended Wheeler family, my deepest heartfelt condolences. I miss you all.

My deepest and sincere sympathies to Paul´s family and loved ones . I first met Paul, and Jon, in our teens through mutual, musical friends . Many good times jamming together! Later in life Paul and Jon were teachers and mentors to my son who is now an accomplished musician thanks greatly to the Wheelers. Paul was a dear friend, outstanding talent, an inspiration to many and overall wonderful, caring person. He will be greatly missed
