Pauline GARDINER Obituary

GARDINER, Pauline ""Cookie"" July 17, 1955 - May 29, 2019 ""I was given the gift of life and now I have to give it back, so I ran away with the circus. On that upbeat note, I take my mortal leave of this earth. I hope to be remembered with love, laughter, and a good pint/ joint! A special thank you to my JCC Team, Dr. R. Juergens, Dr. C. Hann, and Dr. A. Torres-Trejo for always being there for me and John. I was honoured to work at JCC for 35 years and met the most compassionate, supportive, and intelligent minds from all over the world."" Survived by the love of my life John Gardiner. Loving mother to Alexandra and Alyona, and always holding a special place in my heart for Ryan. Predeceased by parents John and Joan Cook, and brother Wayne. Pauline will be sadly missed by sister and brothers-in-law Lynn (deceased) and Larry Jacobs, Ann and George O'Hare, and Jane Gardiner and Paul Blenkhorn, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A sincere thank you for the friendship of Susan Gudelis, Lisa Licata, Sharon Hendershott, Helen Byers, Sam Lepine, and Trish Haines. Words are not enough. Celebration of Pauline's Life will take place on Sunday, June 23, 2019 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Air Force Assocation, 128 King Street East, Dundas, ON L9H 1N5. Children are welcome. If desired, donations may be made in Pauline's memory to CAP (Cancer Assistance Program), 555 Concession Street, Hamilton, ON L8V 1A8. ""See U on the other side""
