I had the pleasure of knowing Ill. Bro. Roger G. Parliament, 33 Degrees, in the Scottish Rite He was already a senior Ill. Bro. when I joined in 1978. He was always friendly, kind, dignified, humourous and highly respected. Everybody who knew him will mourn his loss. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Phil Hooker, 33 Degr.
