September 22, 1934 - March 25, 2021 It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of our mother, Rosalia Cocchiara. Predeceased by her loving husband, Santo. Cherished mother of Anna (Tony Panacci), and Philip (Catherine). Devoted nonna of Anthony and Joey Panacci. She is predeceased by her sisters, Giuseppa (Paolo Truncale) and Antonietta Costa. She will be forever missed by her sister-in-law Maria and brother-in-law Pietro Cocchiara and all of her nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Monday, March 29th from 2-4pm & 6-8pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, anyone in attendance must RSVP on the website or by calling the funeral home at 905-388-4141. Everyone must wear a mask. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Margaret Mary Parish, 20 Idlewood Ave, Hamilton, please refer to the funeral home website for the Mass time. Final resting place will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington. Online condolences can be made to www.dermodys.com

Dear Anna & Tony, I so have missed you Mother, she was the kindest person and would give you anything you needed. Generous was her second Name. There is not another person on this Earth who is as kind as Rosalia her whole Life was giving to others. God Bless You Rosalia may you Rest in Peace Loved You Dearly Helen Roberts.
