Sally went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 23, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of her late husband, Cor (d.2013). Survived by three sisters, Tina Berger (d. Henk), Helen Bouwmeester (d. Albert) and Jessie Sommer (Henk). Predeceased by sisters Hilda Vanderheide (d. Benny) and Jessie VanEck (d. Albert), brother Henry (Elly), sister Agnes Wursten (Egbert) and brother Folkert "Co" (Trudy). Sally was born in Zwagerbos, The Netherlands and immigrated to Canada at five years old with her family. Sally and Cor were married on March 17, 1977 in Ancaster, Ontario. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Living Water Reformed Church 20 Holiday Drive Brantford, ON N3R 7J4 on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment is at 9:45 a.m. at Mount Zion Cemetery on 2nd Concession and Hwy number 52. As expressions of sympathy, donations to "Hope Pregnancy & Family Support Centre" would be appreciated.
