POCALUYKO, Sarah Nicole January 28, 1992 - June 19, 2018 It is with profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Sarah at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on June 19, 2018 at the age of 26. Precious daughter of Troy and Tracey Pocaluyko, cherished partner of Brent Simon and loving sister of Haley and Jack Pocaluyko. Sarah will also be dearly missed by many extended family members and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Burlington Convention Centre, 1120 Burloak Drive, Burlington on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Food Allergy Canada or Trillium Gift of Life Network would be greatly appreciated. www.smithsfh.com
