Settema "Tina" CASALI

Passed away peacefully Monday, August 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 88. Reunited with her beloved husband Walter (2014). Deeply missed by her children Brenda (Warren); Joe (Lorna); Tony and Vince (Sabrina). Tina was a proud and caring Nonna of Andrea (Darren); Brian; Alana; Avery (Anthony); Erica and Christopher and Bisnonna (Great Grandmother) of Luke. Predeceased by her sister Rose and brothers Orlando, Emile, Joe, Danny and Meco. Tina was born in New Waterford, Nova Scotia in 1933 where she spent her childhood. After school Tina would help her mother in the family owned store. Tina moved to Hamilton where she built her life with Walter and raised their family. Years were filled with cottage time, pool parties, Christmas Dinners and CanAm bocci tournaments which created fond memories for all family and friends. Her positive influence will live on in all our hearts. Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 305 East 37th St. on Monday, August 15th at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow in Bayview Mausoleum.
