Sharon Lee Ann DIETZ

DIETZ, Sharon Lee Ann (nee Woods) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the age of 73. Sharon leaves behind her beloved husband, Larry and her children Ron Parkin (Angel), Tom Parkin, Dwayne Parkin (Lisa), Todd Parkin (Bobbi) and Kerri Dietz-Lawrence (Jay). Cherished ""G Mom"" of Marley and Quinn; loved ""Nana"" of Brett, Blayne, Marelle, Kaylee, Nathan, Kendra, Carley, Tyler, Tristan, Mackenzie and Griffin. Predeceased by grandson Gavin. She grew up in the town of Dundas, surrounded by seven brothers and sisters. Aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. Sharon's passion was her family. She enjoyed spending hours gardening and designed her backyard into an oasis, enjoyed by many family and friends over the years. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 12 noon until time of Service of Remembrance at 1 p.m. A reception will follow at the Funeral Home.
