Stasia LATWIS Obituary

LATWIS, Stasia ""Stella"" At the age of 89, passed away peacefully March 23, 2019 and is now with her cherished daughter Christine (Krysia) in Heaven. Predeceased by her parents R. and M. Kaszuba, and sister Ursula. Stella loved music and belonged to the Symfonia choir that allowed her tour the world. She was a member of Polish Alliance of Group 2, and Catholics Women's League of St. Stanislaus Church. She loved spending her summers at the Cottage in Georgian Bay and enjoyed her parties with family and friends. Stella vacationed in many parts of the world with her friends and had many fond memories of their travels. Cherished by her life-long friends and family. She will be missed by Ornella, Tar, Natasha, and Devon Labana, Rick, Barbara, Monica, and Elise Taylor. Stella gave one advice to all, ""Don't get Old, my dear"". Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (at the Delta, opposite Gage Park) 905-549-2417 on Monday March 25, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 8 pm. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Polish Church on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 10 am. Cremation to follow. For those who wish, donations to St. Stanislaus are accepted. Online tributes and condolences can be made at www.tbdfuneralchapel.com.
