HOSKIN-HARTWICK , Tracey Michelle It is with great sadness that the family announces her sudden passing on Monday, October 16, 2017 at the age of 47 years. Beloved wife of Mark Hartwick. Loving mother of Taylor, and Avery. Dear daughter of John and Betty Hoskin. Sister of Lyle and Sandra. Daughter-in-law of Milford and Marjory Hartwick. Sister-in-law of Brian and Terri, Glenn, and Joan and Glen. Aunt of Timothy, Emmitt, Kate, Megan, Zachery, Logan, and Isabella. Tracey taught elementary school with the Grand Erie School Board for 20 years and operated her own work out gym ""Love be'in me"" in her home. The family will honour her life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main Street South, Hagersville on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held. Internment Riverside Cemetery Cayuga.
