Wendy Caroline Craig

After a long and courageous battle, Wendy passed away in peace on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the age of 62. Beloved daughter of Lorraine and the late Keith. Devoted mother to Jacqueline (Allan) and Brittany (Dan). Proud "city grandma" to Mackenna, Elias and Hailey. Sister to Ken (Gail), the late Wanda and the late Kevin. Wendy will be fondly remembered by friends and family as a dedicated RN, who spent her career caring and looking after others, most recently at Idlewyld Manor. The family recognizes and give thanks to the tremendous medical team at Juravinski Hospital (Hamilton, ON), who gave comfort and care to Wendy in her final days, as well as the Oncology team, including Dr. Mayer Brahmania, at the London Health Science Centre, for their care and support during Wendy's tenacious battle. As per her requests, a private family internment will be held at St. Luke's Anglican Church in Palermo, ON. A Ceremony of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are welcome.
