SOOKRA, Adela Irene Peacefully into the presence of the Lord, on September 10th, 2008 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga. Adela Irene Sookra passed away at age 82. Wife of the late Michael Sookra of Trinidad. Mother of Rosalind Bridges, Henry Sookra, Joyce Rampersad, Evelyn Bharath, Neville Sookra and Lynda Rosemarie McKoy. Mother-in-law of Edward Bridges, Chandra Sookra, Leo Rampersad, Fitzpatrick Bharath, Susan Sookra and Hudson McKoy. Grandmother of Alison and Robert Nock, Stuart Sookra, Roger and Lisa Bharath, Lara and Gary Ramcharan, Saska and Aaron Winslow, Jaime Rampersad, Gino McKoy, Thalia, Stefan and Michael Sookra. Great-grandmother of Aidan and Iraina Ramcharan, Madeline Winslow. Sister of David Boodoo, James Boodoo and Joan Joseph. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 15th at 3.00 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 295 Queen Street South, Streetsville, Mississauga.
