ALAN COOK Obituary

ALAN COOK Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill. Alan, beloved husband of the late Carol of 54 years. Loving father of Christopher (Lorraine) and Antony. Grandad will be lovingly remembered by Alexis, Cameron, Jessie, Autumn and the late Alison. Dear brother of Vera (Derek), Dorothy (Thomas), Patricia, John (Christabel) and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In appreciation of Hill House Hospice, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, any donations be directed to Hill House Hospice. Friends may call at the MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary Immaculate Church (10295 Yonge Street). Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

My sincerest condolences to Alan's children and grandchildren. Glad I was able to have one last visit with him last Thursday, when we shared a lot of special memories! I truly appreciate his strong support of Village Voices as both a singer and executive member (treasurer and president) over a number of years - he and Carol were both valued members of the choir.
