Ann Vanderheyden Obituary

Ann VANDERHEYDEN

(nee CLEATHER)

June 21, 1928 - March 27, 2017

Passed away peacefully at North York General Hospital surrounded by her family. Loving wife of the late Duke. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Ann was a devoted ballet teacher, a patron of the National Ballet for over fifty years and dedicated years to the Russian Society of Ballet. She was a steadfast member of Bayview Glen Church, participating in Bible Study and The Ladies of The Glen. Special thanks to caregivers, professional and otherwise for years of comfort and compassion. Ann will be remembered for her giving nature, open home, her sunny smile and her consistent youthful outlook on life. A memorial service will be held at Bayview Glen Church, 300 Steeles Ave. E., on Monday, April 10th at 11 a.m., followed by interment of cremated remains at Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Condolences www.rskane.ca
