Anna NACCARATO Obituary

NACCARATO, Anna Maria It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter and sister, Anna Maria after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Anna Maria passed away on November 25, 2018 at the age of 60. She leaves behind her loving mother and father Antonietta and Emilio. Beloved sister to Sal (Peri), Vince (Lynn), Joe (Tracey) and dear sister to Angie (Carlos). Anna will be missed by her 10 nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Family and Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND FUNERAL HOME, 3280 Sheppard Ave. E. (west of Warden Ave.), 416-773-0933, on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday, November 30, 2018 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. with a service to follow in the Chapel. Entombment at Highland Memory Gardens. A special thanks to Dr. Wales and the many staff at Princess Margaret Hospital and the Personal Support Workers. Thank you to Nurse Alex for your compassion and many hours of care for our beloved Anna, and her best friend Kim for her unwavering support, not only for Anna but our entire family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anna's name to The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation for cancer research.

Very sorry to hear of Anna's passing. Many memories of living on Seymour Avenue along with St. William School, always saying hi as we passed, or saying hi to my Mother and Father. Rest in Peace, Anna. Eternal rest grant unto your soul.

I can't believe Anna is not among us any more. She had a golden heart that was shining at her and whomever around her. She was a happy and inspiring person. I can't forget her warm presence. This past September I visited Italy and remembered her all the time. She had teach me these word in Italian: "Mangia piccolo"
Anna: not only your voice will stay alive in my heart, it is alive in the courses that you read over. Remember how much fun we had in recording in my hand made box!
