BORCZAK, Anne —
Peacefully passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Lakeshore Lodge. Predeceased by her beloved husband Edward and her dearest brother Walter. Anne will be sadly missed by her children Karen and her husband Richard, Allan and Helen as well as her many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Friday at 10:30 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Lakeshore Lodge would be appreciated.
