Annette Dusk Obituary

DUSK, Annette (nee Dilaj) - November 8, 1910 - April 4, 2009 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our much loved mother, Annette Dusk, on Saturday, April 4, 2009. Annette was in her 99th year and predeceased by her husband Walter (1993). Loving mother of Wayne (Cora Marie) Dusk and Richard Dusk (Bonnie Neely). Her memory will be forever cherished by her grandchildren Matthew-Aaron, John-Michael, and Kathleen and her surviving sister, Lucy McGuire. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Annette and her husband Walt moved to Hamilton and later to Toronto to raise their family. Annette was active for many years in their family business, D&D Steel Rule Dies and Carton Ltd., and her parish, St. Philip Neri in Toronto. Family and friends will be received at the DELMORO FUNERAL HOME, 61 Beverly Hills Dr. (1 light south of Wilson Ave., west of Jane St., 416-249-4499) on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 in ST. PHILIP NERI ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (on Jane Street at Beverly Hills Drive). Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery (on Yonge Street, south of Hwy. 7). If desired, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
