Tony has been a part of my life for over 58 years. I met him when I was only 15 when Maureen brought him home for dinner the first time! He was so young and always laughing. He loved life, golf, and playing cards, not necessarily in that order! He took me under his wing and helped to teach me the insurance business, encouraged me to go back to school to complete my degree, gave me advice on finances. He never failed to include my 2 girls on the adventures he took his own kids too, as he didn't want them to be left out. At the cottage we would always say, there goes Tony and his Harem of girls, as they went on walks together. He was the first person to congratulate me when I finished my university degree and 2 insurance degrees. He started with our family as a young man, but grew up to be an amazing man, husband, father and friend, and loved by so family.
He leaves behind a huge legacy and many people who loved him dearly! I will miss our talks and our making salsa together. I love you Toe! Love Vickey

I have many wonderful memories of my times with Tony, starting with Nancy and Phil's wedding in the 60's, wonderful family parties over the years where he and Maureen would often be invited, years of curling together (lots of great parties included) and Nancy and Peter's get-together's. I will always remember his warm smile and welcoming personality. We lost one of the good guys!! The whole Pauling family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Tony lived a life well lived with memoires only he could create and get away with. I especially will treasure the visits we had over the past couple of years and the sincere admiration he bestowed upon me for my business. The jokes he told me as a teenager that went over my head will always be a special mysterious memory of him that I will treasure forever. All our love from your Muskoka family.
