Barb and I shared Prefect duties during our time at Albert College. She was always someone you knew would be there when the need arose! A stalwart!

Barb was my room mate for the year I was at Albert. Best friend I ever had. Can't believe that cheerful laugh is gone. She was a wonderful person and I will miss her very very much.

May the memories of Barb burn brightly to lead the way and bring a smile in the future as you remember. I was an inmate at Albert when she was an earnest student in the 60's. Barb always cared and obviously that wonderful trait never faltered during her all too short life. Wishing you peace

My sincerest condolences to your family. I was an Albert College classmate of Barb's and always remember her as the one you could count on to help you and cheer you up. Those qualities I suspect were always a core part of who she was. Again, please accept my sincere condolences on your loss.

I met Barb on a trip to England a few years ago with Mary, John and Julie. I will remember her as a very kind lady and someone who never, ever complained. My condolences to her family and friends.

Sincere condolences to Barb's family and friends at this time. It is so difficult to lose someone before their natural time and the loss will be deeply felt by all. I was a classmate of Barb's in her years at Albert College and, although our last contact was years ago, I remember her well; a calm, quiet individual who was a good friend to many and well-respected as a prefect in the Junior Girls' Residence. My thoughts and prayers go out to those left behind.

We have lived across from Barb, since she moved into our neighbourhood. As I used to be a nurse, we talked often about her disease & treatment. We had wonderful conversations about garden, birds & lately squirrels! We will miss Barb very much.

Gary and I were saddened to hear of Barb's passing. We have not been in touch recently with our move to Haliburton, but remember many good times on Timpson Drive. Our many trips to Barrie when we were working on our degrees with WLU will not be forgotten.
