I am so sad to read in the Star of Barney's death. We were classmates at Ryerson Public School in the late 40s and early 50s and still have our grade class pictures. He was a very nice person and I am sure continued to be. Also we lived just south of them on Kensington Avenue. We were at 62A, above a chicken store and they were just north of us and I recall vividly his parents as well as his siblings. Whenever I am in Toronto around Bathurst/Lawrence memories come back. to all the family, please accept my very deep sympathy. May he rest in peace.

p.s. as a matter of fact, our Grade VIII teach Mr. Mulligan died a few years ago and I saw it in the paper. He was an excellent teacher and so as we get older, things have changed so much from the "good old days".
