Bernice CAMP Obituary

CAMP, Bernice (nee Radoman) - April 30, 1939 - November 6, 2014 It is with great sadness that the family of Bernice Camp announces her sudden and unexpected passing on November 6, 2014 at the age of 75. Beloved wife and soul mate of Bob Camp for 49 years, mother of Rob (Claudine) and Cassandra (Duncan Osborne), sister and lifelong dear friend to Vera (Wood) and her husband Orlin, aunt of Stephanie (Jeremy Devereux) and Jennifer (John Oakes), daughter-in-law of Laurie Camp and doting grandmother to Ben, Alexandra, Kate, Riley and Maddie and great-aunt to Ned, Allison and Cameron. Bernice was passionate about her family and it was the central focus of her life; as she used to say, her "heart was full" when surrounded by her extended family at birthday parties and holidays. As a wife, she was the engine that drove the "family train." As a mother, she was unconditional in her love and support. As a grandmother and great-aunt, she was adoring, generous and dedicated. Her passing leaves a great hole, and she will be dearly missed. Friends may visit at TRULL FUNERAL HOME, "North Toronto Chapel", 2704 Yonge Street (5 blocks south of Lawrence Avenue) on Monday, November 10, 2014 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society on behalf of her late son. I am so saddened to learn about Bernice's death. We were great high high school buddies and shared many good times playing basketball. I have so many wonderful memories and photos of that time in our lives, growing up in Kirkland Lake. I touched base with her several years ago, and we reminisced over lunch. I'm so sorry about your loss.
