BERTA AYLMER Obituary
AYLMER, BERTA Of Kitchener, Ontario, died peacefully on December 5, 2020. Much loved wife of Laurence. Dear mother of Margaret (deceased), Maureen (Edmund Baur), David Bernard (deceased), and Lisa Aylmer. Dear Oma of Jeffrey Baur (Emily), Lianna Baur (David), Shona Baur (Naav), Eric, Willem and Anna Haldenby. Berta was born April 27, 1931 to Julius Both and Olga Hartenberger in Rovno, Polish Ukraine into a large family of German heritage. Berta had a special gift of love and kindness to all who knew her. May her soul rest in the eternal peace of God's Love. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Canadian Feed the Children, The Food Bank of Waterloo Region or The Working Centre of Kitchener. I only had the pleasure of meeting Berta once, she was so welcoming and gave me a tour of her lovely home and invited me to tea with Laurence and Maureen. You could feel the love that radiated from her and the warmth and love in the home. She will surely be missed by many. Laurence, Maureen, Lisa and families, may you continue to look to God to guide you along this new journey, and fell Berta's presence in a new way as she is only a veil away watching over you.
