SEATON, Betty - Passed away at The Westbury Long Term Care Facility, Etobicoke on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at age 82 years. Beloved wife for 57 years of Bill. Loving mother of Paul, David and Elizabeth. Dear grandmother of Marisa, Vittoria, Michael, Julia and Olivia. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Neweduk - Erin Mills" Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga, (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy.), on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Thomas à Becket Anglican Church, 3535 South Common Court, Mississauga on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment St. John's Dixie Cemetery. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Parkinson Foundation.

Dear Bill,

Betty was my kindergarten teacher at Lyndwood Public in 1960.

I remember the day she asked me if I would like to represent the class in an open house. I felt so lucky to have my own little booth with new crayons and coloured paper. Today I am a graphic designer - my "little booth" is now a little office, and my crayons and paper are on a computer.

I will always remember Mrs. Seaton for her kindness and encouragement. Sorry to hear of your loss.
