I was very saddened to hear of Brad's passing. I was a neighbor from Tyandaga Park Drive, Burlington and a classmate of his throughout highschool at MMR. The one thing I remember is the smile he always had on his face. My deepest condolences to his wife and family and parents with their loss of beloved husband, father and son.

As a young student Brad was a valuable employee of our Family business, Pioneer Family Pools Oakville, in fact he and Karen met while working there.Even at that young age his intelligence, character and work ethic made him stand out from and above the crowd.

I, along many others, worked with Brad and had the privilege of reporting into him and his team in Canada. He was an amazing manager and leader and gave you the ability to believe that you could do anything if you put your mind to it. He lived that committement every day which made all of us better people for it. He truly did make a difference to so many during his life. One word I would use to describe brad is he was Inspirational. He inspired us all to be better human beings. He taught us to never give up. He taught us to set a vision and stay the course. Most importantly he taught us that honesty, integrity and taking care of your people will drive you to success. If you take care of your people you can achieve the impossible and nobody did that better than Brad. Thank you Brad for inspiring me to be who i am today. You made us all better...you made me better. We will miss you greatly.
