I met Brent in 1976 when my boyfriend Wally Matas joined forces with him, Greg Charuk and Ron (I forget his last name) to play in the band Rockstock (originally Rock Stock and Barrel. Brent was a kind, considerate person who always made us laugh. I have been looking for all of the ex band members and was sorry to find out Brent had passed in 2014 at the young age of 60. May he rest in peace, my condolences to family and friends...

Brent was a true lover of r&b/soul. Performing with his sidekick drummer Frank Woodcock, they turned out great versions of Tower of Power, Skylark, Temptations and of course tunes from the the late Luther Vandross ..........Brent will be sorley missed especially in Durham Region

God rest you in peace my brother

Was so sorry to hear the news but so glad we knew you. And my wife loved your song "My sweet Debbie", the 45 of which we still have. Lucky I had the chance to do a few gigs with you. Ben and Deb Pankhurst
