CHAD SORRIE Obituary

SORRIE, CHAD EVERETT January 26, 1977 - April 29, 2021 After an eleven-month battle with cancer, Chad passed away peacefully at home in Pickering, Ontario with his family by his side. He was a strong spirited person that loved outdoor activities and sports, especially at times when it brought his family together. Throughout his life he faced adversity and overcame many challenges with strength and determination, traits which were instilled by his predeceased parents, Everett and Patricia Sorrie. Chad was a beloved brother of Tricia and Ed Kozma and Suzanne Sorrie, as well as, an adored uncle to Amy, Evan, Erin, Emma, Eden, Nathan and Kaitlyn. He is now reunited with his mother, father, and his little dog Boomer. Rest in peace Chad Visitation will held be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kinston Rd., Ajax, on Wednesday, May 5th between 4-8 p.m. As COVID protocols are in effect, please text the family at 647-280-0083 to schedule in a visitation timeslot. A Private Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, May 6th at 10 a.m. Interment Christ the King Cemetery. I always considered you my close friend. I am finding it hard that I was not around the last few years. I am sorry for that. I'll forever remember the great good times we had. You will be missed.
