CHARLES EDWARD DIMOCK Died peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, at the age of 87. Charlie of Penetanguishene, formerly of Toronto, beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Hewlett) (1993). Loving father of Paul, Craig (Michelle Patton) and the late Stephen. Grandfather to Claudia. Dear brother of Ray (Ruby) and Maurice (Julie). Uncle to Wendy (Dick Conquer), Terry Dimock (Kelly McCallum) and Karen Dimock. Great-uncle to Amanda, Lisa, Trevor and Zachary. Charlie had a distinguished career as an Officer with the Metro Toronto Police Service. He had a serious demeanor but was a compassionate individual. He will be missed. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home - Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach, on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 10 a.m. for the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 o'clock.
