Just wanted to send a note from the staff at the Parliament St. Library. We will miss Cheyenne and her tremendous smile. We particularly remember her trips last summer to bring Spider to the Summer Reading Club. We send condolences to the whole family.

We were shocked and saddened to read of Cheyenne's passing. We will always remember what a wonderful friend she was to our mother, Alice Snider. Alice and Marguerite were great longtime friends. She had an amazing zest for life. Our sincere condolences to her son Spider, her father Nick and the rest of her family.
We just arrived back in Toronto today, and were unable to attend the funeral.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her

Cheyenne, you were a wonderful person. I loved working with you on the play, "There's No Place", and getting to know you. You were a fabulous friend and a very loving mother. You will be greatly missed. Thanks for shining your light on our lives.
Lots of love from Philip Cairns

It seems hard to believe that we are entering a new year and a new decade without Cheyenne's vibrant presence. Her humour and good nature will be missed. My condolences to Spider, Les and Chey's family.

Just seeing Cheyenne made me smile. Whether passing her on the street or catching a glimpse of her on her bike wearing her riding helmet. She was an original, so full of life. She so greatly loved her son Spider and was a fantastic mom. I cannot imagine that any one child could have been more loved or adored by their mother. Cheyenne will be missed by many including me, her American friend.

There's hardly a memory of Chey that doesn't involve laughter. Her friendship was a splendid and generous gift.

The loss of Chey is so tragic and disapointing, I knew her but a short time but felt she was a real friend and very caring mother to Spider with whom I played Foozball. Thanks for knowing me Chey. Selwyn

I met Cheyenne when she was doing publicity for Hammy Hamster in 1993 and I was doing a story for the Sun. Her press release was magnificent - who but Chey would describe Hammy as having "derring-do"? With her brilliance, enthusiasm and razor-sharp humour how could I not love her? Later we played in the pub trivia league - Chey was always the smartest girl in the room. We ate and drank and laughed together countless times over the years and each time was like a celebration. You are missed by so many people and we'll carry you in our hearts forever, dear Cheyenne. We promise to take all help care of Spider for you.

This is a great picture of Chey...because knowing her it's like, take the picture already, or did that person just walk into the room, and I've got to be? It encompasses her entire being. I'll miss your love & humor Chey. You're a GEM! I'm missing your passing Terribly, Who am I going to joke about with in the No Frills? And Spider beside you? I lost my Aunt Mary, on the 26th. I hope no one else is leaving soon. God speed. David J xox
