Cristina Cornista Obituary
CORNISTA, Cristina Petrasanta - October 10, 1956 - January 5, 2009 Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at North York General Hospital, with her family by her side on Monday, January 5, 2009 in her 53rd year. Beloved wife of Ranny. Loving mother of Malou and Mico, and will also be missed by her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at the Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough (just west of Warden, 416-773-0933) on Thursday, January 8 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. and on Friday, January 9 from 4-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church (3200 Pharmacy Avenue) on Saturday, January 10 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane (Don Mills, south of Steeles).
