DANIEL AHERNE Obituary
DANIEL (DONIE) AHERNE Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto, having just turned 85 on April 9, 2015. He was surrounded by his loving and caring family. He leaves behind his longtime partner of 52 years Cyril Cormier. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. He is survived by sisters Phyllis and Mary, brothers Austin (Vera) and Anthony (Jackie) and many nieces and nephews residing in Ireland, Wales, Canada and the USA. Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date. Cyril wishes to express his thanks and appreciation to the caring staff of St. Michael's Hospital, Bridgepoint Hospital and Home Care Services.
