Dear Jean, We thank you and Dan for all the ways you touched our lives by your friendship in the Ontario Catholic Association of Deacon Leaders with Dan as Executive Director for so many years. He provided steady and reliable leadership for all my years on the executive, and helped us to make decisions always for the best of the members and for the Church as well. We always looked forward to seeing you both at the annual convocations. And one day, Lord willing, we will be overjoyed to be together again at the wedding banquet of the Lamb. You and the family are in our hearts and prayers at this tender time.
Love in the peace of Jesus,
Bob and Mary Lois Probert

Dan, a mentor and spiritual guide. He will be sorely missed by the community. He clarified the role of the married deacon in the archdiocese and we are reaping where he sowed. Jean by his side was a constant support. Our prayers are with her and the family at this time
