My deepest condolences to the Lynch family. I remember meeting Darren many years ago through his big sister Debbie. He was a good looking young man with a great love for animals. He had a very kind heart. Darren is with the Lord now and one day, will be with his family again.

I know that there is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live. That everyone may eat, drink and enjoy the fruits of his labour for these are the gifts from God. Darren today I cried, I laughed at the things we use to do as kids, then I cried again at losing you from my life. You were the best kid brother a sister could ever have. You lived life to the fullest and loved so many animals and friends and it showed by the all the friends and family who attended your Celebration of Life. Until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of his hands.

Wow, a walk down memory lane as I look some of the names. We were a part of a tight knit group as young kids growing up experiencing new things in life together. Darren was a great friend and confidant, I knew all of his secrets and vice versa. We lost touch as we grew up, I can see from the messages posted that he remained a kind person. God bless and RIP Darren. I will remember you fondly.

Good Bye Dear friend ..I have your mesg in my in box wishing well and saying hello Dec 26 . I was shocked too hear and saddened for the Lynch Family ..You were always so kind too me and my parents when we were neighbors in East York . You took great care of Maggie for Kevin and I when we took are cruise so many years ago .She was in great hands . We remained friends and when I found you again on facebook it was great .You always would mesg a hello and check up on me ..that im so greatful for .It was so very kind of you ..Missed by ur family and many friends .. Some of the best years of my life were spent in the company of this man. Though we weren't yet men. As children, it was street hockey and having to be in when the street lights came on. As pre and early teens a tightly knit group of friends had developed. Playing sand tag in Wilky schoolyard and staying out later with nobody wanting to go home. As teens, there were new experiences like my first concert ever. A group of friends growing and experiencing life together. Although it's been nearly thirty years, it feels like no time has passed. Darren my friend. Thanks for the fun, laughter and memories that I'll cherish for the rest of my life!

Darren was a great guy he would always help when you needed it. Had a lot of great times with him when he lived on Holmstead Avenue. There was never a dull moment with him. He was always the life of the party and always made me laugh. He will be sadly missed . Cheers my good buddy. Love you.

You loved your pets, fishing on a lake, frozen or calm 'like a sheet of glass'; the music that expressed your feelings through life, and so many friends who you held close in your heart, near and far.
