DAVID HUGH ACKERMAN After a lengthy illness at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday, June 13, 2011, at the age of 68. David, loving brother of Ross and his wife Barbara of Toronto and Eva Pinnell and her husband Trevor of Mississauga. David will be sadly missed by his nephews Chris (Amanda) and Kevin (Avirel) and by his nieces Valerie Kristjanson (Erik) and Cheryl Pinnell (Aaron Warren). David's family would like to extend a special thank-you to Dr. Chris Stamler, Dr. Laura Milne, the doctors, nurses and all the staff at the Kingston General Hospital for the kind and compassionate care that he received. In keeping with David's wishes, cremation will be followed by a memorial service at ST.
