David BOURNE
Passed away suddenly at the family cottage on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the age of 76. Loving and devoted husband to Laura for 53 wonderful years. Loving Dad to Clint (Debbie), Craig (Kathy) and Sean (Virginia). Cherished grandfather to Justin, Megan, Christina, Joshua, Mathew, Destiny and great-grandfather to Skye, Dominic, Jaxen and Haliegh. Dave will be sadly missed by his father-in-law Walter. Honoured brother to Lois and Joan and brother-in-law to Shirley. Dave served in the RCAF for 11 years. He began his career as an Air Engine Technician and finished his career as a Flight Engineer escorting dignitaries. He then joined the OPP where he served for 25 years and retired with the rank of Staff Sergeant. Dave had a lengthy career with the Stouffville Junior and Minor Hockey associations. A private family service was held.
