Having just received word of Dave's passing, and not having seen him for the past several years, it is with great sadness, but at the same time affording me the opportunity of recollecting our time in business, but more importantly our friendship together.
I met and formed an association with Dave in the early 90's, where he assisted me with the formation in it's infancy of N.C.S, (National Cable Specialists). While this time was of too short a duration, Dave's intuition and input was most productive.
Dave had a competitive attitude, especially on the golf course, but had at the same time an outgoing and jovial spirit that endeared him to all he met.
While I am personally now retired, I am sure I speak for all his old friends at N.C.S., as well as myself, in extending our sincere condolences to Rita and his family.
Gone but never forgotten.

Slap, we shared business, NDEC, ATLANTIC CITY and Myrtle. But more than that was true friendship. Will always hold you in the utmost esteem. Safe journey my friend!
