Mr. McCullough was a huge inspiration to me in becoming a teacher. I wanted to be like him and make students feel as loved and cared for as he made us feel. My sincerest condolences. Words cannot express.

Mr. McCullough cared about his staff and students so much during his professional career and only wanted the best for them.
When I had missed the Grade 8 open house day and wrote to Runnymede he personally picked me up on his way to work (and dropped off afterwards) so I could have a tour of the school. I did attend for my full high school enrollment.
He knew every student by name and standing outside his office in the hall smiling and welcoming everyone in the morning made a big difference to all the students. My sincere condolences to the whole family.

The teachers wish is to educate..... Their legacy is everyone they impacted over the years.
All those countless hours spent in the hall at RCI between classes, the always open door. This was an example to many.....
The hallways will never be the same. But may you always provide the guidance that made you unforgetable.

Mr. McCullough is a constant presence in my life even though I have not seen him in a decade. He is a voice in my head, one that gives me confidence and pushes me on to do things I did not know I could. I thank him for that gift.
Paula, I am so very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with both of you. Your warmth and generosity as a couple was contagious and a model for what marriage should be. I am thinking of you.

He was my principal for a few years at Runnymede Collegiate, and I can say with no hesitation he was by far the best Principal I've ever had. Primarily because even before I'd interacted with him directly, he took the time to learn my name (which surprised me) and would always greet me as I passed in the hall. His kindness was surprising. I'm sorry for your loss.
