MIGHTON, David Neil —

December 11, 1959 - January 8, 2016

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Dave at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, age 56. Predeceased by his father Neil. He will be fondly remembered by his mother Donna, wife Nancy, his sons Kevin and Kyle and his siblings Doug (Hilary), Rob (Geofreis) and Heather. A memorial visitation will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Road (east entrance, north of St. Clair, 416-485-5572), on Thursday, January 21st between 1:30-3:00 p.m. Dave will be forever missed and always held dear in the hearts of family and friends who shared the good times with him. In lieu of flowers, please consider beadonor.ca for organ and tissue donations. Goodbye Dave, may your journey on the "stairway to heaven" be a peaceful one.

Donna, I was so sorry to see the obit for David in last Saturday's paper and also to note that you had lost Neil also. I know what it is like to lose a son, no matter what the age. My heart and prayers are with you and your family. Please if ever in the Niagara area look us up in St. Catharines. I would love to see you and hear about the rest of the family. I have great memories of dinners with your parents and all the family weddings.

I was saddened to hear of David's passing. My fondest memories are of David in Grade 5 at Karen Public School and our trip to Dominica. He wowed the people there with his warm personality and friendliness.
My thoughts are with the family at this time.
