A million years ago, I shared a room with
in a posh private school with a brilliant and funny kid, Dave Takacs. Now, as a father and grandfather, I look back on the wild and crazy stuff we did, and I smile. Thanks Dave

Dave was with us at St. Bernard's, Waterford and left a lasting impression. He was known as "Mr. T". A teacher loved by students and staff. He had an infectious smile, a zest for life and a heart of gold. My condolences to Ann and family.

My deepest condolences to Ann and all of Dave's family and friends. He was a really awesome person whom I am blessed to have known. I have many fond memories of him from his Windsor days - his great smile and mischievous personality, his old land yacht of a car, movies and music he introduced me to (he would drive around singing R.E.M.'s "End Of The World As We Know It And I Feel Fine" really loud!), it was a great pleasure to meet Ann and become friends and neighbours on Partington Ave., and they gave me my beloved kitties they had named Atticus and Scout. I send everyone in his world love, sympathy and condolences. Sincerely, Vera Colley
