TRECROCE, Dolores It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dolores Trecroce on December 1, 2021 at Sunrise of Oakville. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Renato (1994) and treasured son, Aldo (1994). She will be eternally missed by her children Riccardo (Marie-Suzanne), Lisa Ratcliffe (Robert) and Marco (Nicole) and grandchildren Michael (Cyma), Lorraine (Charles), Anthony, Justin, David, Sara, Lauren, Renee and Eric. Dolores was the proud Nonni of great-grandchildren Avery, Reese and Theodore (Teddy). She will be deeply missed by her sister Laura MacMartin (Don) of Montreal and their family, including her nephews Andrew (Tracy) and David and niece Tamra (Jason). The matriarch of her family, she loved them all without reserve. She was a gentle and loving soul with an easy laugh and warm smile. She was happiest hosting family and friends around her dining room table, listening to them tell their stories, new and old, while they enjoyed her wonderful cooking. The Trecroce family offers deep thanks to the staff at Sunrise of Oakville for the extraordinary care offered to Dolores during her time there and, in particular, during the last two years as her health continued to decline. Visitation for Mrs. Trecroce will take place at Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Rd. W., on Sunday, December 12th between 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., there will be words of remembrance offered by the family at 4:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Andrew Parish in Oakville on Monday, December 13th at 10:30 a.m. and will be livestreamed.
