My family and I were reminiscing about old times in Brampton and our previous family Doctor, Dr.Blechschmidt and I was saddened to come across this news. He was kind man, and always treated our family well. Sending lots of love.

It was a pleasure to have known and have worked with Don as a co-coach of little league baseball so many years ago. May he be free of all his cares throughout eternity.

Dr. Blechscmidt was so kind and dedicated to our family for 34 years. It was our tradition to bring him a large poinsettia from our greenhouses at Christmas time and he always would send us a nice thank you note.
Our deepest condolences to the all family. The Mocon family

Our deepest condolences on your great loss, Joan and family, ours prayers with you at this difficult time. To Aunty Mary and cousins Susan and Stephen our respects and love to you all.
We cannot think of a greater legacy for Don than the descriptive words kindness, patience, decency, and sense of humour.
My fondest memory are hours long games of Monopoly at grandpa Mirth’s house during summer visits to Edmonton. Inevitably cousin Donnie would turn the game into an entrepreneurial role playing adventure game, long before Dungeons and Dragons.
His memory will remain with us forever.
