DONNA PEZZACK

DONNA PEZZACK (nee PAYNE) We celebrate the life of an amazing wife, mother and grandmother, the sparkle of every family gathering. Sadly, Donna lost her short battle with cancer on July 14, 2016 in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Doug, loving mother of David (JoAnne Cutler), Sarah (Jonathan Hess), Susan (Craig Swinwood) and proud grandmother of Ben, Hannah, Abby, Harry and Sam. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Hilda and brother Garry, survived by sister Sharron, many loving brothers- and sisters-in-law and 19 nieces and nephews. Donna was a graduate of Toronto East General Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1960. From her school days in the Beach to raising her family in York Mills, Donna made deep and lasting friendships wherever she went. She enjoyed nothing more than a good game of tennis, spending time with family and supporting her grandchildren's activities. Family will receive friends at Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W., Toronto, on Wednesday, July 20th, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at The Church of St. Aidan, 70 Silver Birch Ave., Toronto, on Thursday, July 21st at 1 p.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's name to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Sunnybrook Foundation.
