Douglas Hildebrand Obituary

HILDEBRAND, Douglas Harold (Tiger) - Passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 5, 2011, with his son by his side, in his 54th year. Loving father of Justin Hildebrand. Loved fiancé to Wendy Jackson. Survived by his father Jack Hildebrand and siblings John (Gwyn), Rob and Bonnie (Joe) Hotson. Predeceased by his mother Constance (Nonie, 1989). Cherished uncle to Cindy (Andrew), Jennifer (James), Bobbie, Jeff, Jamie and Josh. Adored great- uncle of Connor and Brayden. Loving step-Dad to Crystal and Grandpa Doug to Austin. Fondly remembered by Karen Primo, his many cousins and friends. The family will receive friends at THE DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street North, (Markham Rd.), Markham, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Doug's passion was fishing; his motto was "A bad day at the lake was always better than a good day at work!"
