ROBSON, Douglas Dewar - 1929-2012 Doug passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 2:35 p.m. with his lovely devoted partner Shirley by his side. He leaves behind Shirley and her family, daughters Trish, Sue and her partner Jim, his grandchildren Samantha and Michael, his sister Nancy and her children Lesley, David and Neil, and Krash, his good friend and "adopted daughter". He will be missed by all family and friends here and Canada, overseas, and in the USA. In keeping with Doug's wishes, cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to SIMPLER TIMES CREMATION CENTRE, St. Catharines, Ontario. All those who would like to celebrate Doug's life are invited to "The Hut" in Port Dalhousie on Sunday, July 8th between 1-4 p.m. There will be an informal farewell service with bagpipes at 2 p.m. on that day. Donations to the ALS Society would be appreciated by his family.
